Worn once to Prom in 1998 (high school senior)
Beautiful Blue shimmer with sequins on bust. Comes with a small scarf/shawl. can be worn with or without.
Has a little flare at the bottom but not too much. I wore these with chunky open toe block heel with same shimmer pattern.
Note tiny flaw on spaghetti straps, minor wear, last photo.
