Deutsches Reich 5pf- Triple Stamps all timed stamped 17.10.25. 4-5N which could mean any combination of day months and years since it was stamped in Glantz(another country where things could have been done differently at that in time.) Probably similar to how it was laid out like: 10/17/25, 10/25/17, ect...
